Essentially the kits are for :

• Diagnosis : parts included in the kit are for trouble shooting. They are needed to confirm and solve any problems.
• Spare parts: those same parts can also be spare parts if a rider breaks one.
• Quick service: when a problem is found, the dealer can replace the part immediately and get the rider back on trails. If a part is under warranty, we would replace for free.
• Software updates: there are two wires that allow dealers to update drive and remote software in the shop.

The main goal here is to avoid guesses when finding problems and you having to send parts each time there would be a guess. Having the parts in the shop will provide a quick and efficient service.
